The current Romanian legislation regarding creditor fraud has had a significant impact on business relationships and trust between commercial partners.

However, the enforcement of this legislation can sometimes be insufficient, and the protection offered is not always effective. There are cases where creditors do not exercise their rights due to the complexity of legal procedures or the costs associated with legal actions.
