Alina Matei: How do you understand the concept of a “client”? For example, what do we do with a client’s message sent over the weekend?
Emeric Domokos: The client is the first ingredient in any business plan. As they say, the client makes and breaks us. As I’ve mentioned before, I believe in a long-term approach, which means being sensitive to the client’s issues, regardless of when they arise (note: especially since they don’t follow any schedule). The key is building a long-term relationship based on mutual trust and respect. In such conditions, the client, why not, will support you when and if needed.
