În calitate de agent al operatorului Uniunea Națională a Barourilor din România, Domokos și Asociații SPARL efectuează operațiunile de înscriere în Registrul Național de Publicitate Mobiliară (RNPM) a ipotecilor mobiliare, gajurilor, privilegiilor, fiduciilor si altor operaţiuni asimilate acestora, în condiţiile legii.

Înscrierile în RNPM se efectuează în baza formularelor transmise de solicitanți, însoțite de actele care justifică interesul legitim al acestora. Aceste informații și formularele se regăsesc pe site-ul RNPM.

Solicitarea de înscriere/interogare poate fi depusă, la sediul central din București, Str. gen. Gheorghe Manu nr 10, etaj 2, sector 1, personal, pe suport hârtie, semnată de solicitant, sau transmisă în formă electronică (document TED), căreia i s-a încorporat, atașat sau asociat o semnătură electronică calificată, bazată pe un certificat calificat valabil, respectând specificațiile tehnice ale documentelor TED afișate pe site-urile oficiale ale RNPM.

Tarifele de înscriere sunt formate din:

taxele prevăzute de Legea nr. 297/2018 privind publicitatea mobiliară care se regăsesc pe site-ul RNPM.

In its capacity as an agent of the operator National Union of Romanian Bars, Domokos și Asociații SPARL carries out the registration operations in the National Registry of Movable Property Publicity (RNPM) of movable mortgages, pledges, privileges, fiduciary arrangements and other related operations, in accordance with the law.

Registrations in the RNPM are performed based on the forms submitted by applicants, accompanied by the documents justifying their legitimate interest. These forms and relevant information are available on the RNPM website.

The request for registration/search may be submitted in person at the head office in Bucharest, 10 Gen. Gheorghe Manu Street, 2nd floor, District 1, on paper, signed by the applicant, or transmitted electronically (TED document), incorporating, attaching, or associating a qualified electronic signature based on a valid qualified certificate, in compliance with the technical specifications for TED documents published on the official RNPM websites.

Registration fees consist of:

– the fees provided by Law no. 297/2018 on movable property publicity, available on the RNPM website.
